Our room prices are per person per night plus a tourist tax which amounts to €3.00. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.

Apartment prices:

Our apartment prices are per person per night plus a tourist tax which amounts to €2.50. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.

Mountain breakfast at the Clara only by request and for a supplement. The services mentioned above are included in the booking price.

Reductions for children:
As the third or fourth person staying in their parents’ room: depending on age -10% to -50%

Short stay and single room supplements:
1 night + €10 to + €20
2 nights + €5 to + €10
Single room + €20 to + €40

Check in/out:

Your rooms are free to move into from 2 pm (or earlier by request) and are available to you on your day of departure until 10 am.

Cancellation policy and travel insurance:

Things do not always turn out as expected and the booked holiday has to be cancelled or prematurely terminated. The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers code is not contemplated, however we offer our guests the following cancellation conditions:

- For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival the deposit will be withheld or placed a charge of 40% on the credit card used to guarantee your reservation.

- Cancellations in the 14 days before arrival, late arrivals, early departures and no-shows will be charged at 100%

Pets:

As our rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers and have natural materials, pets are not allowed at the Clara. We thank you for your understanding.
